Containers have a flat component known as planes, when these are combined they form panels, very similar to how Framework works! The key difference, is that with Containers, they are only designed to connect along their skinniest axis, creating incredibly thin flat panels. These will never be as strong as Frameworks panels, but they serve a different purpose, create small containers for your knickknacks, up to about the size of a shoe box.
In order to combine the planes together, you will need two tools, the Mallet, and the Base Plate. The Base Plate is designed to hold Planes for you so that you can line up a second plane on top of it, and tap it with the Mallet to merge it into place. You can continue stacking pieces on top, and tapping them with the mallet. We recommend that you go Plane by Plane, to create a row, and then connect all of the rows together to create the final panel. And that's it, easy peasy assembly.
Next up, you'll learn how to connect these panels into corners, so that you can create the enclose that will form your Container.
