Introduction

Welcome to the Nodes printing guide. This guide is aimed at helping you print Nodes and ensure that you have a succesful print every time. If you can't find what you're looking for here, feel free to join our community over on Discord! We'd love to have you.

This guide is designed to walk you through all the trap cards I've ran into so that you won't have to. It's also designed to help give you a head start so that you can get going, as 3D printing as most of us know, 3D printing can be difficult, but it doesn't have to be. We're trying to reduce your barrier for printing, so that you can have the minimal number of failed prints. We all get them from time to time, and that's ok, it happens to everyone. The important part is that we learn from our mistakes and move forward!

At it's core every piece of geometry, in every component, in every module in Nodes is painstakingly designed to ensure that it is 3D printable. We go the extra mile to ensure that there are no overhangs, no brings, gaps that properly fit the nozzle size, supports that are designed for each piece of geometry, so that you don't have to rely on the slicer, we've even gone so far as to design some of our own infill, just to make sure that every piece is the best that we could possible make. Many say "no compromises" we hope our designs will show you, that we truly mean this. And if you think otherwise, let us know! We'd love to know how we can improve Nodes.
